Refund & Withdrawal
Policy At CME Live, we are committed to providing high-quality publication services, including peer review, editorial handling, proofreading, and formatting. Due to the service-based nature of our work, fees are generally non-refundable once a manuscript enters the processing stage, as the services provided cannot be reversed.
Refund Policy
- Before Processing Starts: Authors may request a refund before any work on the manuscript has commenced (e.g., before peer review or editorial handling). Full refunds will be considered in such cases. Please note that this criterion is applicable only when the payment has been made in advance.
- After Processing Starts: Once a manuscript enters review or editorial processing, refunds are not available, as services have already been rendered.
- After Online Publication: Once a paper is published online, no refund will be entertained, as all services, including peer review, editorial handling, proofreading, and online publication, have already been fully provided.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email, including the manuscript ID, payment details, and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Withdrawal Policy
- Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscript at any point before the review process begins without any charges.
- If a manuscript is withdrawn during the review process, withdrawal may be permitted, but administrative or processing charges may apply depending on the stage of work completed.
- Once the manuscript has completed the review process and a PDF proof has been generated, a 60% withdrawal charge will be applied. This is because the editorial, peer review, and proofreading services have already been utilized.
- Withdrawal requests must be submitted via email, clearly stating the manuscript ID and reason for withdrawal.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Any fees are non-refundable after PDF generation or online publication, as services such as peer review, editing, and proofreading have already been provided.
- Additional services (e.g., expedited processing, formatting support) are non-refundable once delivered.
