Hepatic pregnancy is a rare case of ectopic pregnancy that the fertilized egg implanted on the liver surface. It is a kind of lifethreatening condition in first trimester pregnancy and as we know the ectopic pregnancy define as fertilized egg implants outside the uterus and most commonly located in fallopian tube. The clinical presentation of primary hepatic pregnancy is acute abdominal pain especially in the right hypochondrium, amenorrhea and anemia and sometimes vaginal bleeding and we can be mistaken with gastro intestinal disease, hepato biliary disease…etc There are many managements of hepatic pregnancy according to the condition of patient. This case will highlight the management technique of hepatic pregnancy among Cambodian gynecologists and abdominal surgeon in order to share some experiences and challenge. By sharing the experience, we aim to guide the diagnosis and management of similar case.
