Counting of Votes and Determination of Election Results in the Republic of Moldov

Ensuring transparency and fairness in the process of counting votes and establishing results is essential to promote trust in the electoral system and to respect the popular will expressed through voting. It is important that all stakeholders, including political parties, international and national observers and the media, are actively involved in the supervision and monitoring of the electoral process, thus contributing to its transparency and fairness. Electoral authorities, such as the Central Electoral Commission and district electoral commissions, must strictly comply with the legal procedures set out in the electoral legislation regarding the counting of votes and the determination of results, contributing to the legitimacy of the electoral process.
