Antibiotic resistance is a major threat to world health organisation(WHO). Methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) one of the dangerous pathogens. Is commonly found on skin surface, congested places and even in blood stream, for decades’ gentamycin has been used to inhibit the bacterium biofilm though the number of mortality rates have been increasing up to date. The evolution of drug resistance has led to the use of traditional medicinal plants such as Artemisia annua and aloe barbadense. The respective crude extracts showed inhibition of the bacterium staphylococcus aureus while the combined use of the Artemisia annua and Aloe barbadense crude extracts showed increased synergy. However, no precise phytochemicals have aureus MurB target (MRSA-MurB). been done to identify the specific drug like compound responsible for the activity against staphylococcus aureus pathogen. This present study identifies the specific drug like compound(s) via Insilco array of study against Methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus MurB target (MRSA-MurB).
