The ERES Constitutional Cybernetic Framework: A Unified Architecture for Planetary Coordination in the AI Age

This article presents the complete theoretical and operational architecture of the ERES (Earth Resonance Evolutionary System) Institute's framework for planetary-scale constitutional cybernetics. Developed through 13+ years of research (2012-2026), the system addresses the fundamental coordination failure demonstrated by the February 2026 AI market collapse ($1 trillion in losses) through a tripartite constitutional framework. The model replaces extractive capitalism with merit-based contribution economics (UBIMIA), substitutes GDP with bio-ecological prosperity metrics (NBERS), and implements transparent governance through multi-stakeholder identity systems (FAVORS). Central to the framework is the conceptual unification of metaphysical principles with computational governance through the AD_ON-AI particle ("God Particle") directive architecture and the operational semantic stack of Word-Eye-Intuition-Gamma coordination. The proposed 1000-year implementation roadmap (2026-3026) establishes a phased transition toward planetary homeostasis through constitutional AI alignment, sociocratic governance, and consciousness-based economics.
